Questions procurement asks

What counts as a connector?
One connected source: a database schema, a document corpus, an event stream (Gmail, Slack, Granola), or an external MCP server. Each connector enriches the same brain.
Can I bring my own agent?
Yes. The Brain is served over MCP, so Claude, Cursor, Codex, or your own orchestrator connects without custom integration. Seats count agents and people connecting, not which vendor they come from.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Yes — Growth and Enterprise are available on annual terms, and Enterprise is annual by default.
Is there a security review process?
We work through security questionnaires and reviews as part of Growth and Enterprise procurement. SOC 2 certification is in progress; ask us for current status and our security documentation.
